License Management
To support and manage
contracts for software/hardware for the
Information Technology Department. This role will
assist in ensuring compliancy on all changes to
the environment. Reviews contracts and
assists with changes, recommendations, procedures
and policies. This includes managing a repository
of applications.
Contract Management
To support and
administer contracts for the Information
Technology Department. This includes
ensuring procedures and policies are being
followed, conducting consistent review processes,
and engaging the appropriate resources. The
Contract Manager ensures that Requests for
Proposal, Grant Forms and Quote/Bid policies are
being followed.
Policies and
Procedures
To oversee and review
all Policies and Procedures for the Information
Technology Department. This includes
providing objective assessments and
alignment of internal service departments such as
Personnel and Corporation
Counsel. Coordinator oversees the creation
of policies and procedures to ensure the
organization's practices remain observant and
communicated.
HIPAA Security
To oversee the
ongoing management of information security
policies, procedures and technical systems in
order to maintain the confidentiality, integrity,
and availability of all organizational healthcare
information systems. This person will work closely
with the Information Technology Department
Security Officer to ensure coordination of
security efforts as it pertains to HIPAA.
